Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 24, 2009 No. 209-FZ "About hunting and about preserving hunting resources and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 30, Art. 3735; 2011, No. 25, Art. 3530; No. 30, Art. 4590; 2013, No. 30, Art. 4034; 2016, No. 26, Art. 3875; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4773) following changes:

Item 5 of Article 2 to add 1) with words ", including by preparation and training of dogs of hunting breeds";

Article 32 to add 2) with Item 21.1 of the following content:

"21. 1) approval of procedure for content and cultivation of hunting resources in semi-free conditions and artificially created habitat, including requirements to content and cultivation of hunting resources with use of objects of hunting infrastructure;";

Chapter 11 to add 3) with Article 55.1 of the following content:

"Article 55.1. Preparation and training of dogs of hunting breeds

1. Preparation and training of dogs of hunting breeds (the dogs used when implementing hunting) for the purpose of implementation of hunting are allowed only in hunting grounds and only by the methods which are not allowing animals abuse and causing physical harm by it.

2. In case of use of animals for preparation and training of dogs of hunting breeds in the conditions of artificial restriction of freedom of movement of such animals, the areas of their independent movement or their protective functions are used the protecting designs between dogs of hunting breeds and animals which are not allowing animals abuse and causing physical harm by it, according to the procedure, established by authorized federal executive body.
