1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production, storage and realization of breeding (genetic) resources, conducting genetic examination of origin and anomalies of animals (further - Licensed conditions) which are applied.
2. To management of licensing of Department of registration and licensing Gospredprinimatelstva of Ukraine (Ivanchenko O. B.), to Department of the markets of products of livestock production with Glavgospleminspektion Minagropolitiki of Ukraine (Mikityuk D. M.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of Licensed conditions on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
