About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Troops of National Guard of the Russian Federation"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 226-FZ "About troops of national guard of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 27, Art. 4159; 2017, No. 50, Art. 7562) following changes:

Part 1 of Article 2 to add 1) with Item 9 of the following content:

"9) providing according to the decision of the President of the Russian Federation safety of management officials of subjects of the Russian Federation (heads of the supreme executive bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation) and other persons.";

Part 1 of Article 9 to add 2) with Item 21.1 of the following content:

"2.1. The means received by troops of national guard according to services agreements, the management officials of subjects of the Russian Federation (heads of the supreme executive bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation) connected with safety and other persons are the income of the federal budget and are enlisted in the federal budget according to the budget legislation of the Russian Federation in full.";

b) add with part 4 following of content:
