The Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Armenia (further – the Parties),

based on provisions of the Agreement on sanatorium treatment and organized rest of the military personnel and members of their families of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States signed on June 4, 1999 and the Contract between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Armenia on military and military and technical cooperation signed on May 20, 1999

realizing special importance and need of care about health of the military personnel and members of their families,

considering that the cooperation between the Parties in the field of sanatorium treatment and improvement of the military personnel of the states of the Parties and members of their families will be performed taking into account the principles of mutual advantage and according to the national legal system of the states of the Parties,

agreed as follows:

Article 1. The used terms and their determinations

For the purposes of this agreement the used terms mean the following:

the serviceman – the citizen of the state of one of the Parties passing military service in the armed forces created according to the national legal system of the states of the Parties and the citizens equated to it by the legislation of the state of the Party;

members of the family of the serviceman – the father, mother, the spouse (spouse), minor children including adopted (adopted) children are more senior than 18 years which are on content of the serviceman;

military-medical organization – the medical institution performing activities for performing sanatorium treatment and improvement and subordinated to one of the Parties.

Article 2. Authorized bodies

For the purpose of realization and control over the implementation of provisions of this agreement of the Party determine authorized bodies:
