1. Reorganize the state company "Fintehinform" by transformation to public institution "Center of information technologies in finance" which founder is the Ministry of Finance.

2. Public institution "Center of information technologies in finance" is successor of the rights and obligations of the state company "Fintehinform".

3. To transfer property of the state company "Fintehinform" to public institution "Center of information technologies in finance" according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901 of December 31, 2015.

4. To reorganize the state company "Fiscservinform" and the state company "Vamservinform" by merging (accession) with public institution "Center of information technologies in finance". The rights and obligations of the attached legal entities completely pass to the accepting legal entity.
