About procedure for collection and amount of registration fee for state registration of Chambers of Commerce and Industry

According to article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Establish such amount of registration fee for state registration of Chambers of Commerce and Industry:

Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine - hundred minima of the income of citizens free of taxes;

Chambers of Commerce and Industry which are created in the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol (regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry) - fifty minima of the income of citizens free of taxes.

2. For issue of the duplicate of the certificate on state registration of Chamber of Commerce and Industry the payment in the amount of 50 percent of total amount of the registration fee is determined.

3. Means of the registration fee for state registration of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine, regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry, and also means for issue of duplicates of registration certificates of Chambers of Commerce and Industry, introduction of amendments to their charters are enlisted in the government budget.

4. Means of the registration fee for state registration of regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the amount of 50 percent are set off in the corresponding local budgets.

Balance of the registration fee for state registration, and also means for issue of duplicates of registration certificates of Chambers of Commerce and Industry, introduction of amendments to their charters arrives on settlement accounts of bodies which perform their registration.
