About measures for development of the international motor transportations of loads
For the purpose of creation of conditions for development of the international motor transportations of loads:
1. Determine that in 2018:
1.1. vehicles of ecological class 6 according to appendix when importing to the territory of the Republic of Belarus and the room under customs procedure of release for internal consumption by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the Republic of Belarus are exempted from payment of utilization collection;
1.2. compliance to ecological class of the vehicles specified in subitem 1.1 of this Item is confirmed by the corresponding entry in the certificate of conformity of National system of confirmation of conformity of the Republic of Belarus issued by accredited body on certification.
2. Confer the personal responsibility for target use of the vehicles specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this Decree on the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this Decree on the State Control Committee.
4. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2018.
