Article 1. Bring in the constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 21, 1994 "About election of the president of the Republic of Tajikistan" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1994, No. 13, Art. 195; Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1999, No. 9, Art. 238; 2005, No. 12, Art. 626) following changes and amendments:

1.
