About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2006 No. 63

Based on the paragraph of the fifteenth Item 1 of article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2004 "About notariate and notarial activities" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2016 and part one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for making of notarial actions approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2006 No. 63 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 188, 8/15268; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 14.02. 2015, 8/29590), following changes and amendments:

to exclude from part two of Item 139 of the word "and certified by seal";

from Item 165 of the word ": dates of its issue and registration number, seal of the organization which issued the document and signatures of person responsible for issue of the document" to exclude names of the organization which issued the document;

" (the name of the document, surname, own name, the owner's middle name, year of birth, education, profession, seal and the signature of the official who made this record)" to exclude from part two of Item 169 of the word;

add the Instruction with Chapter 30-1 of the following content:

"CHAPTER 30-1 SUBMISSION OF ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS FOR STATE REGISTRATION
