1. Approve the enclosed Rules of provision of the state support of educational crediting.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 18, 2013 No. 1026 "About approval of Rules of provision of the state support of educational crediting" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 47, the Art. 6108).

Rules of provision of the state support of educational crediting

1. These rules of provision of the state support of educational crediting establish procedure for provision of the state support in the Russian Federation of educational crediting of the citizens who arrived in the organizations performing educational activities for educational programs of secondary professional education, the higher education for training in the appropriate educational programs (further respectively - the educational organizations, the state support).

2. The concepts used in these rules mean the following:

"bank" - credit institution which exclusive right on banking operations is established by part two of article 1 of the Federal law "About Banks and Banking Activity", being the receiver of the state support;
