About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine of November 14, 2017 No. 2203-VIII "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" on strengthening of social protection of participants of anti-terrorist operation, participants of Revolution of Advantage and members of families of the died such persons".

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 3, 2009 No. 1317 "Questions of medico-social examination" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 95, Art. 3265; 2012, No. 42, Art. 1618; 2015, No. 57, Art. 1869; 2016, No. 70, Art. 2356):
To replace 1) in introductory part of the resolution of the word "About Bases of Social Security of Disabled People in Ukraine" and "About Rehabilitation of Disabled People in Ukraine" respectively with the words "About Bases of Social Security of Persons with Disability in Ukraine" and "About Rehabilitation of Persons with Disability in Ukraine";
2) in the Regulations on medico-social examination approved by the specified resolution:
in Item 2 of the word "About Rehabilitation of Disabled People in Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "About rehabilitation of persons with disability in Ukraine";
