1. Make changes to Regulations on the commission on consideration of claims and preparation of offers concerning the organization and carrying out open tenderings (auctions) for asset sale (property) of banks which are removed from the market or are liquidated, approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of March 30, 2017 No. 1302, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 25, 2017 for No. 544/30412 (in edition of the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 20, 2017 No. 3116), having stated the subitem 6 of Item 6 of the Section III in the following edition:
"6) by results of consideration of reasonable representation from bank and in the presence of the objective bases in case of implementation by the winner of open tenderings (auction) of complete payment for lot - provision of executive directorate of Fund of recommendations concerning decision making of prolongation of the term established by Regulations of ETS for the conclusion bank with the winner of open tenderings (auction) of purchase and sale agreements of property (right to claim concession) by results of open tenderings (auction), up to 132 working days from the date of, the forming of the protocol of open tenderings (auction) following behind day, but no more than completion of term of liquidation of bank.".
