About modification and amendments in Regulations on issue of visas

The government DECIDES:

In the Regulations on issue of visas approved by the Order of the Government No. 50 of January 15, 2013. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 10-14, 73), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

a) in all text:

"subsystem "Visa" in any case shall be replaced with words words "The management information system visas" in the corresponding case;

b) in Item 5:

in the subitem 11) to replace the text of "www.e-visa.gov.md" with the text of "http://evisa.gov.md";

add with the subitem 12) of the following content:

"12) Government electronic service of authentication and access control (MPass) - the reusable service provided at the level of general government technological framework (MCloud) which purpose is providing the integrating, safe and flexible mechanism of authentication and access control of users in information systems, including electronic services";

c) in Item 46 to replace the word "and" with the word "or";

d) in Item 49 after the word "Provisions" to add with the text "except for the invitation issued by competent authority for foreigners";

e) in Item 138:
