About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About temporary measures for conducting anti-terrorist operation" on recovery of opportunities of development of small and medium business with use of loan financing in the territory of conducting anti-terrorist operation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About temporary measures for conducting anti-terrorist operation" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 44, Art. 2040; 2016, No. 51, Art. 840) following changes:

Article 2 after part two to add 1) with new part of such content:

"Provisions of parts one and the second this Article do not extend to charge of penalty fee and/or penalties on principal amount according to obligations according to the credit agreements and loan agreements signed with legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs whose location is the territory of conducting anti-terrorist operation except settlements according to the lists provided by part four of article 4 of this Law if such agreements are signed after January 1, 2018 or after January 1, 2018 changes in part of prolongation of terms of accomplishment of obligations and/or reduction of the size of percent, penalties were by agreement of the parties made".
