About introduction of amendments to resolutions of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of October 1, 2015 No. 654

According to to Articles 7, 15, 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About sanctions", to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 6, 2018 "About the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of March 1, 2018 "About application of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions)" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: No. 57/2018

1. Bring in Item 1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of October 1, 2015 No. 654 "About ensuring realization and monitoring of efficiency of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions)" (with changes) the following changes:

1) in subitem 2:

words and figures "to the 05th following reporting to provide to Department of financial monitoring" shall be replaced with words also in figures "no later than the fifth working day of the month following reporting, to provide to the National Bank of Ukraine according to the regulatory legal act which regulates rules of the organization of the statistical reporting provided in the National Bank of Ukraine";

add the subitem with the words "and about the stopped financial transactions which aimed, promoted or could promote avoidance/violation of the restrictions set by sanctions or broke the restrictions set by sanctions";
