I ORDER:

1. 6) after studying of all materials which formed the basis for issue of permission to permanent residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan or its refusal, approval of the conclusion management of DVD (Department of Internal Affairs) or signing of the answer about refusal within 10 calendar days;

7) the direction the contractor of UMS of DVD of notifications to the service provider about accepted decisions within 3 calendar days;

8) in case of positive pronouncement of the conclusion, registration of uslugopoluchatel in day of its address, by means of information system "The registration Item "Documentation and Registration of Foreigners" (further - RPDRI);

In case of pronouncement of the conclusion about refusal in issue of permission to permanent residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan the uslugopoluchatel is in writing notified within 3 calendar days.";
