Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 25, 2006 No. 52 "About procedure for determination of printing mass media in which announcements of writ of summons of the defendant, the third parties, witnesses whose place of the actual accommodation (stay) is unknown of the agenda about challenge of the suspect, person accused and information on procedural documents" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 4, of Art. 165 are placed; 2014, No. 91, Art. 2611):

1) in the resolution:

to state the name of the resolution in the following edition:

"About procedure for determination of printing mass media of nation-wide distribution sphere in which the agenda about challenge of the suspect, person accused and information on procedural documents is placed";

in introductory part of the word and figures "and" to exclude parts three of article 39 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine, part ten of Article 74 of the Code of civil procedure of Ukraine;

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Approve the Procedure for determination of printing mass media of nation-wide distribution sphere in which the agenda about challenge of the suspect, person accused and information on procedural documents which is applied is placed.";
