No. 364-370, 624) DECIDES: the Government
1. To the Ministry of Education, culture and researches to perform functions of the founder in the organizations of the public law in areas of the researches and innovations provided in appendix No. 3-1 to the Order of the Government No. 691 of August 30, 2017. "About the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Education, culture and researches".
2. To change names of the organizations of the public law in areas of researches and innovations by exception of the reference to Academy of Sciences of Moldova.
3. To the Ministry of Education, culture and researches:
To submit 1) to the Government for approval and to the Agency of the state services for registration constituent documents of the organizations of the public law in areas of researches and innovations or, if necessary, corresponding changes, according to new names;
2) together with the State office, Academy of Sciences of Moldova, other public bodies, if necessary, and with the organizations of the public law in areas of the researches and innovations provided in appendix No. 3-1 to the Order of the Government No. 691 of August 30, 2017 to provide inventory count of all assets of the organizations of the public law in areas of researches and innovations;
3) to take the necessary actions connected with execution of function of the founder for ensuring application of this resolution.
