1. Approve, according to the offer of the Ministry of Education, culture and researches, liquidation of orphanage, мун. Бэлць; auxiliary boarding school, village of Korten, area Tarakliya; auxiliary boarding school, village Grineuts-Moldova, area Oknitsa.
2. To the Ministry of Education, culture and researches to create the commissions on liquidation of the educational institutions specified in Item 1.
3. To perform release of employees of organizations according to the labor law.
4. Donate, with the consent of district/municipal councils, the real estate units which are under authority of educational institutions, and adjoining to them the parcels of land (according to appendix) from public property of the state (management of the Ministry of Education, culture and researches) in public property of the corresponding administrative and territorial units for use it is preferential in the educational purposes.
