According to item 4 of article 34 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of preparation, retraining and advanced training of government employees, requirements to the organizations of education performing advanced training of government employees.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.

Rules of preparation, retraining and advanced training of government employees, requirements to the organizations of education performing advanced training of government employees

1. These rules of preparation, retraining and advanced training of government employees, requirements to the organizations of education performing advanced training of government employees (further - Rules), are developed according to item 4 of article 34 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for preparation by programs of postgraduate education, retraining and advanced training of government employees for the programs of additional education in the organizations of education provided by these rules and also requirements to the organizations of education performing advanced training of government employees.
