About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning accounting and assessment of pension assets

For the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 26, 2013 No. 195 "About approval of the Accounting standard "Accounting and disclosure of information on transactions on pension assets" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 8765, it is published on October 31, 2013 in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper No. 163 (2538) the following changes:

in the Accounting standard "Accounting and disclosure of information on transactions on pension assets" approved by the specified resolution:

state Item 12 in the following edition:

"12. Charge of the income or expense in the form of remuneration is performed on daily basis.

Depreciation of discount or award on the financial assets estimated on depreciated cost and at fair value is performed on daily basis.

The amount of impairment of the financial assets considered in category "estimated on depreciated cost" is determined according to Rules of assessment.";

to state part one of Item 13 in the following edition:

"13. Accounting of the financial assets classified in category "estimated at fair value" is performed at fair value. Revaluation of the financial assets estimated at fair value is performed according to Rules of assessment.";

state Item 24 in the following edition:

"24. The financial reporting of fund in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is submitted in national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The annual financial reporting of fund includes data for the current year and comparative data at least for previous year.

The financial reporting of fund for pension assets is constituted separately from the financial reporting on own assets of fund.
