"4. 25 percent of the funds raised at the expense of the penalties applied by relevant organ of the executive authority according to the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic about administrative offenses for violation of requirements of this Code (including the penalties applied on cases on administrative offenses which after creation of the executive authority of the protocol by relevant organ were taken to court for consideration), are transferred into accounts of relevant organs of the executive authority for the purpose of strengthening of social protection of employees of relevant organs of the executive authority. The procedure for distribution of these means and their use is established by relevant organ of the executive authority.".
