the lump-sum allowances established by parts 8 and 12 of article 3 of the Federal law "About Cash Allowance of the Military Personnel and Provision of Separate Payments by It";

the monthly monetary compensation established by part 13 of article 3 of the Federal law "About Cash Allowance of the Military Personnel and Provision of Separate Payments by It";
