About enhancement of procedure for licensing of activities in the field of rendering non-state educational services
For the purpose of execution of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-3276 "About measures for further development of activities for rendering non-state educational services" of September 15, 2017, and also creating favorable conditions for legal entities in the field of rendering non-state educational services by means of expansion of network of the educational institutions created on the basis of public-private partnership, enhancement of regulatory legal acts, regulating activities of licensing and simplification of the procedure of licensing of non-state educational services, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Determine that since April 1, 2018 licensing of activities in the field of rendering non-state educational services is performed by the State inspectorate for supervision of quality of education under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 21.02.2022 No. 80
3. To the ministry of preschool education and the Ministry of national education of the Republic of Uzbekistan to take measures for involvement of qualified specialists from each district (city) department of preschool and national education to process of preparation of expert opinions on licensing of activities in the field of rendering non-state educational services and licensing.
