About modification of the Regulations on conclusion of insolvent bank from the market

According to Item 10 parts one, to Item of 1 part five of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED:

1. Bring in Chapter 3 of the Section VI of the Regulations on conclusion of insolvent bank from the market approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 5, 2012 No. 2, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 14, 2012 for No. 1581/21893 (with changes), such changes:

Item 3.1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"3.1. The authorized person of Fund represents to Fund:

monthly - the reporting on implementation of temporary administration of bank or on its liquidation;

quarterly - the reporting on payments and receipts of insolvent bank;

in day of the termination of temporary administration and/or liquidation of insolvent bank - the report on accomplishment of the settlement plan.

Forms and terms of submission of the reporting specified in paragraphs second and third this Item are established by Fund.";

Item 3.2 to exclude 2).

With respect thereto to consider Items 3.3-3.7 respectively Items 3.2-3.6;

Figure "3" to replace 3) in the second offer of the paragraph of the fourth Item 3.4 with figures "10".

2. To provide to department of strategy and normative and methodological providing together with legal department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
