Bring in the Rules of provision of services of passenger road transport approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 18, 1997 No. 176 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 8, Art. 142; 2007, No. 75, Art. 2791; 2008, No. 19, Art. 541; 2009, No. 39, Art. 1323, No. 72, Art. 2479; 2011, No. 47, Art. 1915, No. 51, Art. 2040; 2012, No. 11, Art. 403, No. 45, Art. 1761; 2016, No. 16, Art. 636; 2017, No. 27, the Art. 778, No. 88, the Art. 2696), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Rules of provision of services of passenger road transport

1. In Item 2:

The subitem 4 after the words "certain term" to add 1) with the words "only during execution of regular passenger traffic";

2) to add Item with the subitem of 21 following contents:

"21) crew of the bus - the driver (drivers) who (which) directs (direct) bus and the steward (stewardess) who, (which) performs functions on servicing of passengers.".

2. State Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. The vehicles used for transportation of passengers shall meet safety requirements, comfort, availability to persons with disability and other handicapped national groups, labor protection and ecology, to be in proper technical and sanitary condition, to be completed according to the legislation.".

3. Exclude Item 9.

4. State Item 16 in the following edition:

"16. Providing the organization of passenger traffic is assigned:

on the long-distance and suburban routes which are going beyond the area territory (interregional route) - the Ministry of Infrastructure;
