About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of enhancement of legal regulation of investing activities concerning subsoil:
1. Bring in Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 3, 2011 No. 442 "About some questions of implementation of investing activities concerning subsoil" the following changes:
in subitem 1.1 of the word of "investing activities in the Republic of Belarus" (2009, No. 188, 1/10912) "shall be replaced with words" the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus implementation of investments in the Republic of Belarus";
in paragraph three of part one of subitem 1.4 of the word "the carried-out exploration works" shall be replaced with words "preliminary, detailed investigation and additional exploration of minerals and (or) geothermal resources of subsoil (including test operation of the field of hydrocarbons or separate boreholes)";
in subitem 1.6 of the word "in Item 2 of the Decree" to replace with the word "Decree".
2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
