About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2008 No. 970

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2008 No. 970 "About approval of Rules of motor transportations of loads" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 173, 5/27990; 2011, No. 25, 5/33371; No. 48, 5/33669; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 13.07. 2013, 5/37540; 10:02. 2016, 5/41666) following changes and amendments:
1.1. in preamble "fourth" to replace the word with the word "fifth";
1.2. in Rules of motor transportations of the loads approved by this resolution:
1.2.1. in Item 5:
the fourth to exclude the paragraph;
the fifth or thirteenth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fourth or twelfth;
to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:
"sending – the consignment sent on one commodity-transport delivery note or one international commodity-transport superimposed "CMR";";
after the paragraph of the seventh to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:
"permission to journey of the vehicles registered in the Republic of Belarus on the territory of foreign states in case of accomplishment of the international motor transportations of loads – the document granting the right to journey of the vehicle registered in the Republic of Belarus on the territories of one or several foreign states and the right to accomplishment of the type of motor transportation of load specified in it;";
