Make the following changes to the "Rules of return of customs payments" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 18, 2013 No. 25 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2013, No. 2, Article 194; 2015, No. 5, Article 636; 2017, No. 7, Article 1483):
1. in Item 2.2 of the word "according to these rules from fund of off-budget development of customs system of the Azerbaijan Republic" shall be replaced with words "according to these rules from the means transfered to account the State Customs Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - Committee) according to Article 334 of the Customs code".
2. in Item 6.9 of the word "in the State Customs Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic (further-Committee)" to replace with the word "Committee".
3. in Item 6.10 of the word "from off-budget fund of development of customs system of the Azerbaijan Republic" shall be replaced with words "from the means transfered to account Committee according to Article 334 of the Customs code"
