About introduction of amendments to articles 5 and 38 of the Federal law "About Advertising"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of March 13, 2006 No. 38-FZ "About advertizing" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 12, Art. 1232; No. 52, Art. 5497; 2007, No. 7, Art. 839; No. 16, Art. 1828; 2011, No. 23, Art. 3255; No. 30, Art. 4566, 4600; 2013, No. 19, Art. 2325; No. 27, Art. 3477; No. 30, Art. 4033; No. 43, Art. 5444; No. 48, Art. 6165; No. 51, Art. 6695; No. 52, Art. 6981; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4214) following changes:

1) Article 5 to add with part 10.3 following of content:

"10.3. Advertizing on payment documents for introduction of payment for premises and utilities, including on the back such documents is not allowed. Provisions of this part do not extend to social advertizing and reference data.";

"Parts 9 - 10.2, 12 of Article 5" shall be replaced with words 2) in part 7 of Article 38 of the word "parts 9 - 10.3, 12 of Article 5".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective after sixty days after day of its official publication.
