About approval of methodical instructions in the field of licensing of ecologically dangerous types of economic activity
For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 17, 1995 "About licensing" and the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 8, 2004 No. 19 "About approval of the List of ecologically dangerous types of economic activity and Rules of their obligatory state licensing" (with the changes made by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2005 No. 340) I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed methodical instructions in the field of licensing of ecologically dangerous types of economic activity.
2. To department of environmental assessment and regulation of environmental management:
1) In accordance with the established procedure to grant licenses for the right of implementation of ecologically dangerous types of economic activity according to the List of ecologically dangerous types of economic activity approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 8, 2004 No. 19 (further - the List).
2) to Bring this order to the attention of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To committee of nature protection control (Suleymenov N. Z.) provide control of availability of licenses at business entities according to the List.
4. To chiefs regional territorial management of environmental protection to continue work on the notification of the organizations registered in the subordinated territories about need of receipt of the license for ecologically dangerous types of economic activity, according to the List.
5. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 21, 2004 No. 11-p "About approval of Methodical instructions in the field of licensing of ecologically dangerous types of economic activity".
6. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-minister Bekzhanov Zh. L.
