According to the paragraph to the second Articles 3, to Items 1, 5 parts one, to Items 1, 7 parts two of Article 7, to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", to Articles 23, "About securities and the stock market" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED 25 Laws of Ukraine:
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on functioning of stock exchanges approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of November 22, 2012 No. 1688, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 14, 2012 for No. 2082/22394 (with changes) (further - Changes) which are applied.
2. To department of methodology of regulation of professional participants of the security market () provide Kurochkin I.:
submission of this decision on implementation of examination on compliance of the Convention on human rights protection and fundamental freedoms in the Secretariat of the Government representative for cases of the European Court of Human Rights of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
