About modification of the Regulations on conclusion of insolvent bank from the market and Regulations on procedure for maintaining the register of members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

According to Item "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED 10 parts one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Bring in the Regulations on conclusion of insolvent bank from the market approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 5, 2012 No. 2, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 14, 2012 for No. 1581/21893 (with changes), such changes:

The word "open" to exclude 1) in Item 1.3 of Chapter 1 of the Section I;

The word "open" to exclude 2) in subitem 3.5.1 of Item 3.5 of Chapter 3 of the Section IV.

2. In Item 5 of the Section I of the Regulations on procedure for maintaining the register of members of Fund of the guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 12, 2012 No. 7, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 7, 2012 for No. 1547/21859 (in edition of the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of September 23, 2013 No. 29), the word "open" to exclude.

3. To provide to department of strategy and normative and methodological providing together with legal department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

4. This decision becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
