About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning deregulation in oil and gas industry

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about subsoil (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1994, No. 36, the Art. 340):

Article 3-1 after the words "in particular" to add 1) with words "the Law of Ukraine "On oil and gas";

Article 17 to add 2) with part seven of the following content:

"Users oil-and-gas subsoil which got special permission to use of such subsoil do not require mountain branch";

3) the first offer of part four of article 24 after words "got special permission to use of natural resources and mountain branch" to add with words "(in case of its need)";

Article 39 to add 4) with parts four and heel of the following content:

"The subsoil user has the right to dispose, including to sell and transfer to use to residents and nonresidents of Ukraine, the geological information created (acquired) for own means taking into account the requirements established by the laws of Ukraine "About the state secret" and "About sanctions".

Or rights to use by geological information the owner of geological information notifies the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of geological studying and rational use of subsoil on transfer of property";

5) in Article 45:

the second to add part with the words "or other authorized companies, organizations or organizations";

the fourth after words of "use of subsoil" to add part with the words "or other authorized companies, organizations or organizations".

2. In the Land code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27):
