About questions of population shift in the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of state regulation of population shift the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Create Management on population shift under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Kyrgyz Republic (15 units) within the total number of system of the Ministry.

2. Approve enclosed:

- Provisional regulations for refugees in the Kyrgyz Republic;

- Provisional regulations for displaced persons in the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Kyrgyz Republic to approve management structure on population shift.

4. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Kyrgyz Republic to develop and approve Regulations on Management on population shift in a month.

5. To Chapters regional and Bishkek city public administrations to determine as a part of the governing bodies of authorized representatives of Management by population shift of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection at the expense of means of local budgets.

6. To the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Kyrgyz Republic to prepare and make in the Government the offer on reduction in compliance with this resolution of regulations on the matter.

7. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic Kyrgyzstan of January 10, 1993 N 6 "About formation of the Commission on problems of refugees under the Government of the Republic Kyrgyzstan".
