About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning stabilization of activities of the State joint-stock company "Chernomorneftegaz" in connection with temporary occupation of the territory of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Article 16 of the Code of Ukraine about subsoil (1994, No. 36, the Art. 340) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with part twelve of the following content:

"Prolongation of effective period of the special permissions to use of natural resources issued on the sites located in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine is performed taking into account the features established by the law".

2. "About oil and gas" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 50, Art. 262 with subsequent changes) to add article 17 of the Law of Ukraine with part four of the following content:

"Prolongation of effective period of the special permissions to use of natural resources issued on the sites located in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine is performed taking into account the features established by the law".

3. Part the fifteenth article 4-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About authorization system in the field of economic activity" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 48, Art. 483; 2010, No. 13, Art. 128; 2014, No. 44, Art. 2040; 2016, 2, the Art. 17) to add No. with the paragraph the second the following content:
