1. Bring in the Procedure for carrying out tender on transportation of passengers on bus route public approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 3, 2008 No. 1081 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 96, Art. 3173; 2009, No. 40, Art. 1349, No. 57, Art. 1982, No. 94, Art. 3219; 2010, No. 55, Art. 1857; 2011, No. 70, Art. 2647; 2016, No. 16, Art. 636; 2017, No. 27, the Art. 778), changes which are applied.

2. To provide to the ministry of infrastructure provision of explanations concerning application of the Procedure specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for carrying out tender on transportation of passengers on bus route public

1. State Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. This Procedure determines procedure of preparation and carrying out tender for transportation of passengers on long-distance and suburban bus routes public which do not go out of the area (intraregional route), bus route which does not go beyond the area territory (raionwide route), bus route which passes in settlement limits (city route) and the bus route passing within the integrated territorial community (further - tender), and also the procedure of determination of automobile carrier for work on long-distance and suburban bus routes public which go beyond the area territory (interregional route).".
