About creation of temporary posts of immigration control in the Kyrgyz Republic

Functions on implementation of temporary immigration control at check points through frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic where there are no services of border control and boundary protection of the Kyrgyz Republic to assign to check-points of the State customs inspection under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. Determine the main objectives of temporary posts of immigration control:
- control of entrance on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of foreign citizens, stateless persons, their identification, registration and accounting;
- implementation of measures for the prevention of illegal migration to the Kyrgyz Republic.
6. To perform financing of activities of temporary posts of immigration control within the funds allocated from the government budget the current financial year.
