About modification and amendments in some resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus

Bring the following changes and amendment in resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus:

1. from part two of Item 22 of the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus of April 3, 2008 No. 1 "About court practice on cases on the crimes connected with illegal actions concerning weapon, ammunition and explosives (the Art. of Art. 294-297 of UK)" (2008, No. 94, 6/703) of the word "according to the Instruction about the procedure for acceptance, accounting, storage, transfer and destruction withdrawn, confiscated, which is voluntarily handed over and the transferred weapons and ammunition, the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of June 19, 2006 No. 157" to exclude the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus;

2. in part one of Item 8 of the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus of September 30, 2011 No. 6 "About practice of consideration by courts of claims (protests) to resolutions on cases on administrative offenses" (2011, No. 116, 6/1081) of the word "on the resolution" shall be replaced with words the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus "on the resolution which did not take legal effect";

3. in the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus of September 25, 2014 No. 15 "About application of regulations of the General part of the Code of the Republic of Belarus by courts about administrative offenses" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 08.10. 2014, 6/1442):
