About entering of amendment into the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus

1. Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 141, 5/22781), to add with subitem 5.40-1 of the following content:
"5.40-1. establishes procedure for execution of transport documents in case of accomplishment of motor transportations of loads;".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 23, 2018.
