About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of regulatory legal acts in the field of subsurface use" of December 14, 2012 No. 834

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of regulatory legal acts in the field of subsurface use" of December 14, 2012 No. 834 the following changes:

in Regulations on the procedure and conditions of holding the auction on mineral right approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add with Item 53-1 of the following content:

"53-1. In case of holding the auction the auctioneer has the right to announce one break lasting no more than ten minutes.";

- the first offer of paragraph one of Item 59 to state in the following edition:

"In case of recognition of auction cancelled the auction commission, and in the case specified in the subitem 1 of Item 58 of this provision, the organizer of auction makes the decision on holding repeated auction and determines date of repeated auction.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
