About measures for the organization of activities of Fund of financing of state programs of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Determine that:
a) The fund of financing of state programs of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Fund) is financial institution with the status of the legal entity designed to provide timely financing of the projects included in State programs of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan by which centralized sources of financing are determined;
b) are enlisted in Fund:
monthly till 1 number of the corresponding month - means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the state trust and off-budget funds within the funds allocated for financing of the projects included in state programs of development, in the next month;
income from asset management of Fund, including from placement of free remaining balance of its currency means;
other sources according to the legislation;
c) the management of operating activiies of Fund within the powers conferred by the Supervisory board of Fund including powers according to the conclusion of agreements (contracts), implementation of payments, is assigned to the deputy chief executive of Fund.
2. Determine the main objectives of Fund:
consideration of the projects providing financing at the expense of centralized sources of financing and decision making about their inclusion in state programs of development;
