About modification of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of November 10, 2017 No. 95
Based on part three of article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012 "About rendering mental health services", subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446 "About some questions of the Ministry of Health and measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 360" the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Part third of Item 25 of the Instruction on procedure of dispensary observation approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of November 10, 2017 No. 95 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 16.02. 2018, 8/32819) to state in the following edition:
"In cases of implementation of dispensary observation of the adult and children's population in one state organization of health care of the information about the minors consisting under dispensary observation, specified in part two of this Item, are transferred from structural division (psychiatric office) for servicing of the children's population to structural division (psychiatric office) for servicing of adult population.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
