according to the procedure of accounting registration of the legal entity as the subject of the free economic zone, approved by the above-stated resolution:

"6. The decision of general directorate of SEZ on refusal in the conclusion of the agreement on activities conditions in SEZ is appealed in administrative (pre-judicial) procedure, and in subsequent - judicially according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on bases of administrative activities and ministerial procedures.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
