About modification of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine in connection with the organization and holding finals of the Champions League of UEFA and Champions League of UEFA among women of season 2017/2018
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. The Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine (2012, Art. No. No. 44-48, 552) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Item 4-3 - the following content:
"4-3. Temporarily, till May 26, 2018:
the goods (except excisable) imported on customs area of Ukraine in customs regime of import by the Union of European Football Associations (further - UEFA), persons authorized by UEFA, football clubs / teams who participate in finals of the Champions League of UEFA and Champions League of UEFA among women of season 2017/2018 (further - final actions of the Champions League of UEFA of 2018), the organizations, necessary for providing, and holding the specified actions are exempted from the taxation by import duty. Sale of such goods in the territory of Ukraine is forbidden;
goods, including the vehicles classified in goods items 8702, of 8703, 8704 according to UKT foreign trade activities (further in this Item - vehicles), which are temporarily imported on customs area of Ukraine by UEFA, the persons authorized by UEFA, football clubs / teams participating in final actions of the Champions League of UEFA of 2018 for providing the organization and holding the specified actions can be placed under customs regime of temporary import with conditional full relief from taxation by customs payments and without ensuring accomplishment of the obligations on customs payment provided by the Section X of this Code for a period of up to three months;
the omission through customs border, customs control and customs clearance of the goods and vehicles specified in this Item are performed at the venue of final actions of the Champions League of UEFA of 2018 or customs at the check point through frontier of Ukraine in first-priority procedure;
