About modification of the Section VIII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance" in connection with preparation and carrying out in Ukraine finals of the Champions League of UEFA and Champions League of UEFA among women of season 2017/2018

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 2-3, of Art. 11 with subsequent changes) to add the Section VIII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with Item 9-9 - the following content:

"9-9. Temporarily, till June 1, 2018, are not subject to charge and payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance of payment, made for performance of works and/or rendering services in the territory of Ukraine or beyond its limits during preparation and carrying out in Ukraine of finals of the Champions League of UEFA and Champions League of UEFA among women of season 2017/2018, in particular, but it is not exclusive, in the form of the salary, expense recovery and daily allowance, payment of accommodation, ensuring medical insurance and/or life insurance to such persons or the third parties for benefit of such persons (except residents of Ukraine in understanding of subitem 14.1.213 of Item 14.1 of Article 14 of the Section I of the Tax code), irrespective of their participation in holding the specified finals:

to representatives or officials of UEFA member associations;

to members of the delegations participating in finals including members of teams which acquired the participation right in finals;

to the physical persons accredited by UEFA, in particular to workers and temporary employees, representatives of mass media, partners of UEFA, representatives of sponsors.

Income of other nonresidents gained during preparation and holding finals is subject to charge and payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance in accordance with general practice.

For the purposes of this Item the term of UEFA is used in value "Union of European Football Associations".
