About modification of Item 9 of the Section V "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities" about prolongation of term of acceptance in operation of the construction objects constructed without the permission on accomplishment of construction works

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Paragraphs the first - the fifth Item 9 of the Section V "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 34, Art. 343; 2015, 10, the Art. 59) to replace No. with three new paragraphs of the following content:

"9. Body of the state architectural construction supervision free of charge within 10 working days from the date of filing of application by owners (users) of the parcels of land on whom construction objects which on class of effects (responsibility) belong to objects with insignificant effects are placed (CC 1), constructed on the parcel of land of the corresponding purpose without allowing document for accomplishment of construction works, by results of technical inspection accepts in operation:

the individual (farmstead) apartment houses built during the period from August 5, 1992 to April 9, 2015, garden, country houses with a total area up to 300 square meters, and also economic (home) buildings and constructions with a total area up to 300 square meters;

the buildings built till March 12, 2011 and construction of agricultural purpose".

With respect thereto to consider paragraphs of the sixth and seventh respectively paragraphs the fourth and fifth.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
