About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning development of production of terruarny wines and natural honey drinks

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcohol ethyl, cognac and fruit, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, No. 46, Art. 345 with subsequent changes):

1) in Article 1:

in the paragraph the twentieth "accredited by the executive bodies authorized" shall be replaced with words words "(own or attracted on a contract basis in the cases provided by this Law), accredited";

add with paragraphs the forty seventh and forty eighth the following content:

"Fruits, berries, grapes, self-produced honey - fruits, berries, grapes which cultivation the subject of managing performs on the parcels of land belonging to it based on any corporeal right determined by the legislation of Ukraine and/or honey which this subject of managing receives from the bee colonies belonging to it based on any corporeal right determined by the legislation of Ukraine;

small productions of wine-making products - subjects of managing which perform with complete production cycle without alcohol addition production and flood in consumer pack of grape wines, wines fruit and berry and/or drinks honey in the amount which is not exceeding 10 000 decalitres a year from exclusively self-produced wine materials which are (not acquired), received by conversion of fruits, berries, grapes, self-produced honey";

Article 2 to add 2) with parts of the sixteenth and seventeenth of the following content:

"Small productions of wine-making products perform production and flood in consumer pack of grape wines, wines fruit and berry and/or drinks honey of exclusively self-produced wine materials which are (not acquired), received by conversion of fruits, berries, grapes, self-produced honey.
