About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on wages system in the budget sphere No. 355/2005 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 35-38, 148), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1. To add the name of Chapter III with words ", managements of Audit Chamber".

2. In part (Article 6 of the word "according to appendices 2 and 3," shall be replaced with words 1) "according to appendices 2, 3 and 15,".

3. Add the law with Article 8-4 of the following content:

"Art. 8-4. - The salary of the chairman, vice-chairman and members of Audit Chamber includes official pay rate according to appendix 15.".

5. In notes to appendix 8:
