1. "3. The customer creates the separate requisition on each subject of defense research and sends it to authorized body annually till September 1, the additional Request - within ten calendar days after receipt of specifying of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. The authorized body performs collection of Requests of Customers and annually till September 15 creates the draft of the List and submits it for approval to the First Deputy Minister of Defence - the chief of GSh of AF of RK.

5. The authorized body includes the additional Request in the List in the form of appendix without statement of the Minister of Defence by the first deputy - the chief of GSh of AF of RK.

6. Information on collection of Projects is placed authorized body on MO RK'S Internet resource within three working days after approval of the List of requests.
